How do I get my files?

Instantly. A download link appears on the confirmation screen at checkout and is emailed to you at the same time. Nothing ships. Full details here.

Check spam first — download emails end up there more than they should. The link is also on your order confirmation page. Still nothing? Email support@victorplazma.com with your order number and I will send the files directly.

Do the links expire?

No. Buy once, download whenever.

What sizes do I get?

Wallpaper packs include phone, desktop and ultrawide sizes — six resolutions in total. Posters are print-ready at 300 dpi. Every product page lists exactly what is in that pack.

Can I use these commercially?

Creator Assets and the All-Access Pass come with a commercial licence. Wallpapers and posters are personal use. The licensing page explains both in plain English.

Can I get a refund?

Digital files cannot be returned, so all sales are final — but if a file is broken, wrong, or not what the page described, I will fix it or refund it. The full policy is here.

What is the All-Access Pass?

Everything in the shop, plus every new pack released in the following twelve months, delivered automatically as it lands.
