Everything sold here is a digital download. Once a file has been delivered it cannot be returned, so all sales are final and I do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or duplicate purchase of something you already own.

That said, you should get what the page promised. I will replace or refund any purchase that is:

• broken, corrupt, or will not open
• missing files that the product page said were included
• materially different from how it was described
• charged twice for the same order

Email support@victorplazma.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. Most issues are a re-delivery, and I would rather fix the file than take your money for something that does not work.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have where you live. In some countries you have a right to cancel digital purchases; by completing checkout and downloading immediately, you agree that delivery begins at once and that right ends. Where local law says otherwise, local law wins.
