What we sell

Digital artwork, delivered as downloadable files. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Your purchase

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. A purchase gives you a licence to use the files — see Licensing — it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork.

Delivery

Files are delivered digitally, immediately after payment, by email and on the order confirmation page. It is your responsibility to enter a working email address. If delivery fails, contact support@victorplazma.com and it will be resolved.

Refunds

All sales are final, with the exceptions set out in the refund policy.

Licence and copyright

All artwork remains the property of Victor Plazma. You receive the licence described on the product page and in the LICENSE.txt inside your download. Reselling or redistributing the files themselves is not permitted under any licence sold here.

Acceptable use

Do not use this store or its files to break the law, to harass anyone, to train machine learning models, or to imply an endorsement that does not exist.

Accounts and email

If you subscribe to emails you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

Products may be added, changed, or withdrawn at any time. Access to files you have already bought is not withdrawn.

Liability

The files are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Victor Plazma is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
