Plain language, because licences written for lawyers help nobody. Every pack ships with a LICENSE.txt that says the same thing as this page.

Personal licence

Comes with wallpapers, posters and the free pack.

Yes: use the art on your own screens, print it for your own walls, set it as a background on a device you own, give a print to a friend.

No: sell it, print it to sell, put it on merchandise, upload it to a wallpaper site or an NFT marketplace, or pass the files on to other people. If money is changing hands, you want the commercial licence.

Commercial licence

Comes with every Creator Asset pack and with the All-Access Pass.

Yes: use the assets in monetised streams and videos, in thumbnails and channel art, in client work you are paid for, in games and apps you ship, in social content for a business, and in printed work for a client. Credit is welcome but not required.

No: resell or redistribute the assets themselves, as files or as part of a template, pack or theme that other people buy or download. The rule of thumb: sell what you make with them, not the things themselves.

Both licences

• They are perpetual. They do not expire and there is nothing to renew.
• They are for one person or one business — the buyer.
• They cannot be sub-licensed or transferred.
• Do not use the art to train a machine learning model.
• Do not use it in anything hateful, or anything that suggests I endorse something I have never heard of.
